Q: who are you guys and who designed the awesome apparel?
A: Zen, Jeff and Adolphus are the founders of Juban©, who’s in searching for a unique and comfortable Singlet in Singapore especially with the reasonable price gave way to the birth of Juban©. We are always creating new ideas and would love your feedback! Reach out to us via our Contact Us page.
Q: What material of the apparel do you use?
A: Our fabulous designs are printed on Fine Cotton, 65% cotton & 35% polyster, a light material which is extremely comfortable.
Q: I am unsure about the material of the singlet?
A: We do provide sample to our entire customer if needed. Drop us a email via Contact us and indicate under the sample.
Q: I want to look fabulous in your apparel. What is the best size for me?
A: Refer to our Size/Measurement; we will get the best fit for you.
Q: What are your Delivery Charges?
A: Local Purchases - Self Collect delivery is absolutely free-of-charge; Oversea Postage will be charge in different rate. Do drop us a mail Via Contact Us.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do. Drop us an email for more information.
Q: You made a mistake on my order, what do I do?
A: If the mistake is made by the Company, Juban©.com. we will redelivery the goods to your doorstep and remember do not wash or dirty the incorrect goods. Refer to Returns & Exchange Policy.
Q: I’m like you guys… creative, funny, and artistic. I want to submit my ideas. How do I do it?
A: Simply drop us an email via contact us. We will attend to you shortly within 48hours from the time we receive your email.
Q: I am part of a club/organization and we need creative apparel. Are you willing to design our club apparels?

Returns and Exchange Policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the unopened product, within 30 days of receipt, following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.
Items that have been worn or washed can not be returned for an exchange or refund.
Certain large quantity purchases are final, but we will always state this clearly in our communication with you.

Please take the following steps to minimize your expense and trouble in returning purchase to us. Our Owners will meet you in person for the Exchange or returns singlet.
